Use the email you left with your order or human-check request. We send private links to that address, without creating an account.

Check your spam folder too. For privacy, this page never confirms whether an email has an order. No email saved, or no access to that inbox? Contact us with your payment reference for a manual check.

What happens now. Your order confirmation gives the delivery window, up to 72 hours after payment confirmation. If we miss it, you can cancel the affected lines for a full refund. If the status has not moved in a few hours, write to hello@currawongweb.com from the email you used at checkout, or with your payment reference — a person answers, and can reissue the link. Refund terms are in the service terms.

Disagree with a line in a delivered report? Email the order ID and the line: it is re-checked by hand, and either corrected or that line is refunded. There is no time limit on that one. The 14-day first-order guarantee is separate from corrections to report lines. It does not cover a line you believe is wrong, because that one never closes. Problems with a report often only surface when the goods arrive, weeks later, and that is exactly when this still works.

Keep your own copy. The report text is deleted 30 days after delivery, so save the watermarked PDF while the link is open — after that a person can tell you what was ordered, but not what the report said.
