What the full record covers

Identity & standing: the entity, its licences, certificates, taxpayer status and inspection history. Ownership & control: shareholders, beneficial-owner chains up to ten layers, the people registered to act. Payment safety and litigation: dishonest-debtor and enforcement records, hearings, filings, auctions, frozen equity, exit bans. Assets & obligations: pledges, mortgages, tax violations, guarantees, deregistration moves. Trade footprint: customs, marks, patents, standards authored, tenders. History: former names, past shareholders, lapsed licences — what changed, and what was quietly dropped. Where the counterparty is listed, disclosed financials join the sweep.

Each line states what the record shows, why the line matters, and what it cannot show. The deep check is not a thicker verdict — it is more record, with the same refusal to dress inference up as fact.

What even the full record cannot be

• Not a legal opinion, a credit rating, a factory audit or a supplier recommendation. It is the public record, read carefully and dated.
• Registry records reflect what was filed, on the query date. They do not prove current production capability, order performance or solvency — and a platform showing no record is not proof no official record exists.
• Many lines are empty for ordinary private companies — listed-company financials, bond records, fund profiles. Empty is reported as empty, and those lines cost you nothing in surprise: the menu marks what only applies to listed counterparties.

How it runs — no account, one private case

• 1. Build. Your situation pre-selects the relevant checks; adjust anything, the price recalculates from the published menu.
• 2. Order. Email is optional — it is a delivery channel, not an account. Skip it and your private case link is the only way back; that is stated before you confirm, not after.
• 3. Track. One private link shows status, payment and — within 72 hours of payment confirmation — the report, or the affected lines are refunded in full.

Questions buyers ask

What does China supplier due diligence actually include?

Four lanes of record, each with source and query date: who the entity is and who controls it; what courts and enforcement agencies already say; what it owns and what is already pledged to someone else; and the trade footprint plus the change history behind today's facts. A report that gives conclusions without sources and dates is an opinion, not diligence.

When is the full check worth it over a smaller one?

Scale it to the money and the unknowns. A first deposit usually needs the payment check; a factory claim needs the footprint read. The full sweep earns its price when the order is large, the supplier is becoming core to your line, or the entities in the deal already do not match — situations where the expensive surprise lives in the lines nobody ordered.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. One check is one private case: build it, pay for it, track it and read it through one private link. Email is optional, for receipt and delivery only. There is no subscription, and no account to create.
