What this desk accepts, and what it declines outright.
We review simple, unbranded, non-electrical goods. Each order needs a clear specification and one business delivery address. Check the exclusions before submitting a brief: excluded products are declined, not negotiated. A reviewable product still needs approval.

From this page on, we are a seller. These are our buying-desk rules. We will never verify a supplier for you and then offer to replace them with ourselves.
BUYING DESK / ELIGIBILITY
Three tiers: reviewable, review-with-questions, excluded.
“Reviewable” never means automatically accepted — every product × destination pair still goes through a person checking supplier, logistics acceptance and destination rules. The point of the tiers is that the third one is not negotiable, and telling you that up front is cheaper for both sides than a three-day silence.
What V1 can evaluate
Goods with all four properties:
- Unbranded and design-clean: no third-party logos, licensed characters or look-alike designs.
- Non-electrical, non-safety-critical: nothing that plugs in, transmits, protects a person, or holds pressure.
- Describable: material, dimensions, quantity and use can be written down and checked against a photo.
- Logistically ordinary: ships as general cargo with online tracking. No temperature control, no quarantine, no dangerous-goods class.
Typical examples: fixings and brackets, tooling accessories, packaging materials, plain textiles and workshop consumables for business use.
The categories we will not ship

This list is about what we can responsibly carry today. It is not a statement that these goods cannot be imported by anyone. If we accepted everything, that would mean we had thought about none of it.
What differs by destination
Every destination needs review. For the EU, GPSR guidance covers consumer products and goods consumers may use under reasonably foreseeable conditions; a B2B label alone does not settle scope. In the US, CPSC certification depends on the rules for that product. Not every consumer product needs a certificate. In Australia, check mandatory standards for the product. Sources checked 8 September 2026. Where a rule requires an in-country responsible party we do not have, we decline.
Import clearance, duties, taxes and licences at destination are the buyer’s side of a DAP deal. DAP means Delivered At Place: we bring the goods to your address, and your local import duties stay yours. This split is stated before quoting, on the quote, and in the trade terms, because finding it out at the border helps nobody.
Order guardrails while we build our record
- Sample orders first, the shape we most welcome. A 1–5 piece sample order keeps your risk within a written amount you accept. It tests the chain before the main order is priced against goods you have held. Tick “I want a sample” on the request form, or brief the sample as the order.
- One order in flight at a time. That ceiling is not permanent. After a sample order has been delivered and paid for without incident, the next quote uses what that order showed, and any proposed value increase needs a new review. The one-order-at-a-time rule stays until this desk has more than one delivery behind it. A second buyer waits and is told so. There is no general timing baseline yet. If you are switching a supply line instead of testing one, say so in the brief. You will be told the real wait before you commit.
- First orders stay modest: up to about USD 2,000. That covers a sample and a first test batch of one product. Keeping a first order to an amount you can afford to lose is the same test we teach buyers to apply to any new counterparty, including us.
- One SKU (or same-spec variants) to one business address. No multi-address distribution in V1.
- Quotes expire in 48 hours: supplier prices, freight and FX move. A stale quote re-checked beats a stale quote honoured badly.
- 100% prepayment, single currency, single payment. Payment clears before goods move. We do not extend credit, and there is no financing, net-30 or escrow here.
These guardrails are V1 policy, not law of nature. They loosen as real delivered orders accumulate, and the change will be dated on this page rather than slipped in quietly.

What buyers ask about admission
My product is on the reviewable list. Is it accepted?
No. Reviewable never means automatically accepted. Every product and destination pair still goes through a person checking the supplier, logistics acceptance and destination rules. The tiers tell you which requests are worth writing. They do not predict which ones will be approved.
Can an excluded category be approved as an exception?
No. Excluded products are declined. We do not negotiate them. Saying so up front is cheaper for both sides than a three-day silence. If the exclusion looks wrong for your specific goods, say what the goods are and we will tell you which category they fall under.
Why is payment 100% up front?
Payment clears before goods move, and we do not extend credit. That is a guardrail while this desk builds a delivery record. It says nothing about you. The order guardrails section states the current size and scope limits that go with it.
How we read a request against these rules
We apply the three tiers in one order. First the product: does it have all four properties this desk can evaluate. Second the category: is it on the list we will not ship. Third the destination: do that country’s rules change what is required for these goods.
A request can pass the product test and still be declined on the destination, which is why the tiers are not a score. This is a V1 policy and it is reviewed as the desk builds a record. The date at the top of this page is the date the rules themselves were last reviewed. Individual decisions carry their own dates.
