Before you commit: payment, cancellation and claims
The quote names the seller, goods, costs, expiry and terms version. Read it and keep a copy. You accept that version in writing. The deal is binding once the full payment also clears. A person checks the payment before we buy.
You can cancel free before we buy. After that, we refund what we recover and show what was spent. For wrong or damaged goods, use the claims process, including return and replacement freight. Read the full trade terms before accepting a quote.

A person will reply to your work email with one of three things. You get a private quote with its expiry, a question about the specification, or an honest “this is not something we can serve”. No payment exists at this stage: any message asking you to pay before you hold a written quote naming our registered entity is not from us.

Does sending this brief commit me to anything?
No. The brief is free and no payment is taken on this page. It is a request for review. Nothing is ordered at this point. A deal becomes binding only after you accept a named quote version in writing and the full payment clears.
What makes an order straightforward to accept?
A first order of about USD 2,000 or less, one SKU or same-spec variants, and one delivery address. Check the excluded goods and destinations before you write. A brief outside those limits gets a decline.
How we read a brief
A person reads every brief. We check three things in order. First, whether the goods and the destination sit inside what we accept. Second, whether the quantity and specification are definite enough to price. Third, whether the payment and claim terms for that destination are ones we can actually perform.
The reply is a quote, a question, or a decline, and it comes within 24 hours. A decline is not a judgement about your order: it usually means the goods, the destination or the order size sits outside the published limits.
