What happens after you submit: a person reads the brief, checks the product and destination against what we can accept, and replies by email with a private quote, a question, or an honest decline. One brief, four answers we owe you.
Who are we in this deal? The seller for accepted orders — the counterparty, with the conflict that implies, stated plainly on the desk page. When do you get a price? After a person completes the review; typical first reply within two business days. Who do you pay, and when do we buy? You pay the Currawong contracting entity named on the quote itself; we purchase only after your payment has been verified and a person has released the order. What if it goes wrong? The trade terms and claims process govern — evidence-based, in writing.
This desk cannot serve every product or destination, and a submitted brief does not prove we can serve yours — the review exists precisely because no page can promise that. Restricted goods are listed on the eligibility page; briefs that hit them are declined, not negotiated.
