The six steps between a brief and a delivered order

A person reviews the brief before issuing a quote:

1. You submit a structured brief: product link, specification, quantity, destination.
2. A person reviews it against the admission rules: supplier, destination, logistics, margin.
3. A private, versioned quote with a 48-hour expiry, or an honest decline.
4. Payment, verified on our side: 100% up front, single currency, to the entity named on the quote.
5. Purchase and pre-shipment check, only after a person confirms the verified payment.
6. DAP shipment with online tracking, on a delivery window written into your quote. The quote states estimated dates and the supplier, checking, freight and customs assumptions behind them. They are not commitments to a date. Under Delivered At Place, we bring the goods to your address while local import duties remain yours. If anything arrives wrong, use the claims process.

Your quote lists each cost: goods, China-side freight, checking, packing, export freight and our margin. It excludes import duties, taxes and licences. You must meet the rules where the goods arrive. The price depends on the product, quantity and destination.

What changes when you cross onto this page

We profit from goods orders, so verify us before paying. Our independent verification service gives dated findings and limits without recommending a seller.

The line we will not cross: we will never verify a supplier for you and then offer to replace them with ourselves. Reports give dated findings and limits. They do not recommend a replacement. You choose whether to send a separate buying brief.

Payment terms, stated plainly because they are restrictive

Payment clears before goods move. We do not extend credit, we do not offer net-30 or net-60, and we do not ship against a purchase order alone.

We cannot finance your inventory. If your purchasing process requires credit terms, this desk cannot accept the order.

Our written payment and cancellation commitments; read these with the trade terms:

• The channel is named on your quote. Confirm it before accepting. If PayPal is offered, use goods and services. Card access depends on the payment provider. PayPal decides its own buyer protection under its terms, your transaction and country. Its programme excludes items for resale, even single items. Treat that cover as absent for sourcing orders. We never ask for friends-and-family payment or a switch to a different account.
• Nothing is bought until your payment is verified on our side. Until that verification completes, you can cancel at no cost.
• Cancellation before we purchase costs nothing. After we purchase, we recover what the situation allows and refund the balance, stating what was already spent and why.
• If the goods do not match the accepted specification, the remedy is evidence-based. It is replacement, or a partial or full refund to the original payment path, as fits the proven gap.
• What is capped: the cap is what you paid for that order. The terms exclude lost profit. These limits apply only where mandatory law allows them. Read the full claims terms before accepting a quote.

We do not offer escrow, a bank guarantee or a trade-assurance programme. It is a small desk's own written commitments plus whatever protection your payment method gives you. Read them before the first order and never after.
