CUSTOM GOODS / PRICES

Three products, priced per piece and per run.

Each price is for one design and one size. A run mixes more designs or sizes at a higher price per piece, because the factory prices each one on its own quantity. We quote a mix separately. The table shows what a pet business pays for a first run.

CUSTOM GOODS / LOCAL PRICES

What Australian shops publish for the same items.

On 2 November 2026 we read the public price tables of Australian promotional-product and pet-tag shops. This is a dated reading of listed prices. It names no shop and ranks none. Listed prices leave out GST, and most leave out freight. Ours include a shipping estimate, so the gap is a little smaller than the table shows.

Listed prices in Australian dollars before GST, read on 2 November 2026, next to our October 2026 estimates.
ItemListed by Australian shopsOur estimate
Printed dog bandanaAll five shops we read set a minimum run of 250. Four list A$7.00 to A$11.51 each at 250, and one lists A$3.01 to A$3.60. Set-up is A$0 to A$75 a design.A$4.70 to A$5.40 at 100, and A$2.50 to A$3.00 at 300
Bandana lead time2 to 7 weeks, depending on the shopAbout 3 to 4 weeks from the approved proof
Metal tag with one fixed logoA$1.25 to A$3.05 each at 250, plus set-up of A$35 to A$75A$2.40 at 300, back left blank
Metal tag with a different name on eachNo public price table for a run of 100 to 300. A single engraved tag is A$14.00 to A$20.99, and one shop drops to A$6.76 each at 20 pieces.A$2.65 at 300

What this supports is a lower minimum run, and a different name on every tag at bulk quantities. It does not show that we cost less at every size. One shop lists a bandana within about a quarter of our price at 250, and a fixed-logo tag below our price. If you want 250 or more pieces of one fixed logo, ask a local shop for a quote too, and compare it with ours on the same terms.

CUSTOM GOODS / WHICH PRODUCT

Pick by what the dog or the owner takes home.

A salon or daycare usually starts with one item and adds the others on the next run. Here is what each one is, and what it is for.

Printed dog bandana

Your artwork is printed on one side in full colour. The fabric is polyester with hemmed edges. Sizes are given as the two short sides and the long edge that goes round the neck. As a guide from retailer size charts, small suits necks up to about 35 cm, medium up to about 45 cm and large up to about 55 cm. Measure where the collar sits, and size up if in doubt.

The factory prints from vector artwork in CMYK. Brand colours land on the nearest print colour, so a close match is the aim, and an exact match is not promised. A large PNG is enough for the first proof.

Laser-engraved bone ID tag

The tag is stainless steel, sold as titanium steel, 1.5 mm thick and about 50 by 28 mm. Your logo is laser-engraved on the front in one colour, so a multi-colour logo becomes a one-colour version. A small loop sits in the middle of one long side, so the bone hangs level.

The back is left blank, or carries a different name on every tag. For names, you send a list with one name per row, and the factory engraves one per tag. It engraves each name as you write it, so check the spelling before you send the list. A painted front with a gold edge is possible and is quoted as its own design.

Pet-name acrylic keyring

This is a clear acrylic keyring of about 50 mm with a metal ring. It is printed on one side with your logo and one pet name, and both sides are possible on request. It works as a small gift for the owner, in the take-home bag or at the till. The written quote states the exact size, thickness and print method.

As with the tags, you send one name per row and the factory prints one per piece. A reorder with new names reuses the approved layout. A fresh proof follows only if something changes.

CUSTOM GOODS / ORDER STEPS

You see the proof and the quote before any money moves.

From this page on, we are a seller. We never verify a supplier for you and then offer to replace them. The steps below are how a goods order runs, from your first message to the tracking number.

  1. You email your logo, the product and the run size. For names, add your list.
  2. We send a free digital proof, usually within one working day. It shows the layout and size, and it does not promise colour.
  3. You receive a written quote with a number, the price, what it leaves out and an expiry. Quotes expire after 48 hours unless they say otherwise.
  4. You accept in writing. Payment is in full for a small order. A bulk order of 100 or more of one product is a 70% deposit and a 30% balance before shipment. Payment clears before goods move, and we do not extend credit.
  5. The factory makes the goods. We count them, compare them with the accepted spec and photograph them before they ship.
  6. They ship tracked, and the tracking number follows within one working day of handover.

The shipping and claims page sets the windows if something arrives wrong. The trade terms set the remedy.

CUSTOM GOODS / LIMITS

Read these limits before you ask for a quote.

  • Dates are estimates. Plan on about three to four weeks from the approved proof. A courier or a customs check can add days. The trade terms treat every date as an estimate.
  • Colour is close. Fabric, metal and screens differ. The proof checks layout and size and cannot prove a colour match.
  • Engraving is one colour. The proof shows how your logo will look on the metal.
  • GST and import charges are yours. You are the importer under DAP. How GST applies to goods from a seller in China is confirmed in the written quote.
  • We are not a local supplier. There is no stock in Australia or New Zealand. Every order is made to your artwork in China.
  • Prices are estimates. A written quote replaces every figure on this page.

The seller is Jinan Shenyu International Trade Co., Ltd., which operates Currawong. Read the trade terms and the operator record before you accept a quote.

What pet businesses ask before ordering

What is the smallest run?

A bandana run starts at 100 pieces of one design and one size. A keyring run starts at 100. A bone tag run is quoted at 300, and a run of 100 is possible at a higher price per tag. We quote it on request.

Can every tag or keyring carry a different name?

Yes. You send a list with one name per row. The factory engraves or prints one per piece, in the order you give. Tell us the longest name so we can check that it fits. The named tag costs about A$0.60 more than a blank back at 300 pieces.

Is this cheaper than buying from an Australian shop?

Not at every size or item. Every Australian shop we read set a minimum run of 250 bandanas. At 250, their listed prices run from about a fifth above our 300-piece estimate to several times higher, before freight. For a fixed-logo metal tag, one shop lists A$1.25 at 250 against our A$2.40 at 300. The reason to order here is a smaller first run, or a different name on every tag. The price comparison shows the figures.

What file do you need for my logo?

A vector file such as PDF, SVG or AI is best, mostly for engraving. A large PNG works for the first proof. If the file is small or blurry, we say so before the quote.

Can I hold a sample before ordering a whole run?

You can ask for a single sample. It adds a few days and a small fee, and we confirm the fee before you pay. The free digital proof always comes first.

Who pays GST and import charges?

You do, as the importer. The goods ship DAP to one address. Ask your adviser how GST applies to your business and your order. The written quote states the position that applies to your order.

Send the logo. We start with the proof.
