Six ways in — pick by the decision in front of you.

You do not need to understand 153 line items to start. Each product below answers one buying question at a published price; the full menu stays available under Advanced in the builder further down.

The measurements this site’s claims rest on. Every one is a census of a stated frame rather than a survey, and every one carries the date it was taken — because availability, registrations and scope wording all move.

A report is only worth what its sources are worth. These are the measurements behind the standing claims in it; individual company facts in any delivered report carry their own source and query date, line by line.

The published price board.

Want to see what a report actually looks like before reading prices? Three samples, one per tier — the free registry snapshot, a $149 record check we actually ran, and what only an on-site visit settles.

These are the same numbers the order page and our server calculate from — the published menu is the single source of truth. Every line is retrieved once from the platform and charged once at its published price.

Comparing against the alternatives is fair and we would rather you did it with real figures: what China supplier verification costs in 2026 — self-serve databases, one-off reports, on-site audits and agent bundles, with dated public prices.

How an order runs.

The report is informational due diligence built from public registry records via commercial data platforms. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, not supplier approval, and cannot confirm where your order is actually produced — on-site facts need separate human verification.

Build your Supplier Evidence Report.

Pick the checks you want quoted. This page calculates the published menu price locally; sending a request does not charge you or start fulfilment. Any accepted report will identify its available source and query date while keeping inferences separate from registry facts.

Licensed Chinese business-information platformchecking… The single data source for every line on this menu — a licensed Chinese business-information platform. It republishes Chinese official records that originate from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (国家企业信用信息公示系统), China Judgements Online (中国裁判文书网) and the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network (中国执行信息公开网); we do not query those official portals ourselves. Each delivered line names this source and its query date.

Registry checks on top of the free registry snapshot — prices per source

Your order

Before you pay, lock the identity free: check the unified social credit code, or find the registered name from an English name — a report on the wrong entity answers nothing.

Total (USD)$0.00

Ordering is open. Nothing is charged when you submit — payment instructions follow with your order confirmation, and fulfilment starts only after your payment is confirmed.

The next page reviews your selection and terms. The total is re-calculated on the server, and payment instructions follow with your order confirmation. No payment is taken and fulfilment does not start when you send the request — fulfilment starts only after your payment is confirmed. No registry report can confirm where your order is actually produced — when you need a person to read the official portals or walk the factory floor, that is a separate human-verification tier, priced and scheduled above. Company and payment details are listed openly in the trust centre.

Where the data comes from — and what it can’t tell you.

Lines are retrieved through our account on a licensed Chinese business-information platform whose records originate from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (国家企业信用信息公示系统), China Judgements Online (中国裁判文书网) and the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network (中国执行信息公开网) — we do not query those official portals ourselves — and each delivered line names that source and the query date. Registry coverage, access delays and source-record errors remain real limitations, and a registry record can never prove product quality, factory capacity or where your order will actually be produced. When a record needs human eyes on the official portals — name chains, screenshots, dated caveats — that is the L3 human check. When it needs eyes on a factory floor, that is L4 on-site verification, quoted per visit.

Which report lines usually come back with something, and which come back empty

A menu of check lines raises a fair question: how often does each line actually return content. We measured it on 21–22 August 2026 across 45 Chinese manufacturers — every company on the NHTSA vehicle-manufacturer list resolving to exactly one Chinese entity.

How often each kind of line returns content, 45 manufacturers. Queried 21–22 August 2026.
Kind of lineReturned contentWhat that means for the menu
Identity, status, shareholders, annual reports44–45 of 45Nearly always answers
Change history, import/export credentials41 of 45Usually answers
Qualification certificates36 of 45Answers, expect gaps
Tender records, outbound investments18–27 of 45Context, not a decision input
Branches8 of 45Absence is the norm, not a finding
Operating anomalies, serious violations0 of 45Run every time, never priced alone

The last row is why those two checks are never a line of their own. Not one of the 45 returned anything. A check that comes back empty for everybody is still worth running — the rare exception is exactly what you are paying to rule out — but pricing it separately would be pricing a blank in almost every case.

The same logic runs the other way at the top of the table. Identity and filing lines answer for nearly every company, which is why they are the sensible place to start. The middle rows are where expectations need setting: an empty tender or branch line is the ordinary result, not a shortfall in the report.

Measured on one cohort of manufacturers; it does not predict your specific supplier. The 45 are the same cohort used throughout this site — one sample read along different dimensions, not a separate study per page; the frame is described in the NHTSA manufacturer census. Counts: .ai/field-fill-rate-45-2026-08-22.json.
