Changes a buyer can see.
A change is something you can see, pay or agree to. A correction is a statement we published and then fixed or withdrew. Each row links to the live page. If a row turns out to be wrong, we add a new dated correction rather than quietly editing the old one.

What is not listed
- Changes before 4 September 2026. The change list starts there. Corrections go back to 7 August 2026.
- Corrections that no page prints. A correction is listed when a dated note is printed on the page it concerns. Non-English pages are not covered.
- Internal work. Tests, upkeep, speed and security work are left out, because you cannot check them on a page.
- Plans. Only changes already live are listed.
- Order and refund counts. These are in the operations log.

How we checked
Each change was compared with a dated release record and with the current text of the live page it links to. Each correction repeats a dated note printed on the page it links to, and was checked against that page’s current text. Last date marked for the checks: 29 September 2026. Use the date shown with each finding. A page update does not mean all checks were run again.
